Cost and Fees

Counseling, Therapy, Coaching, & Consultations

$150 for the Initial Meeting (90 minutes)

$120 for Face-to-Face, phone consultations, & Skype consultations (typically 50-60 minutes)
Extended sessions are $45 for each 15 minute increment

Cancellations (with less than 24 hours notice) or No-Shows are billed to your account at $120 (Insurance does not reimburse this fee). Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Therefore, we ask that you contact us directly and kindly give 24 hours advance notice in the event you need to cancel your appointment.


Psycho-Educational Evaluations

A typical assessment takes about 8-10 hours of direct face-to-face time, 15-20 hours of scoring, interpretation, and report writing, another 2-3 hour final meeting, and a 2-3 hour school meeting. This totals about 27-36 hours and costs $2400.00

Homeschooling students will not need the school meeting and cost $2200.00.

Furthermore, college student requires less assessment time since some testing is not completed due to age level and the school meetings are much shorter, so the cost is $2000.00.

Monthly payment plans can be arranged but typically half of the cost is paid the first day of testing and the second half of the cost is due at the time of the report meeting. If monthly payments are arranged a current and active credit card needs to be on file.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to a large number of clients who stop making payments on the monthly payment contract despite services already provided, Forest Alliance Coaching is very restrictive on who can qualify for a monthly payment plan.

Forest Alliance Coaching accepts CareSource, Molina, and Medical Mutual. Clients are required to provide a copy of a current insurance card and pay for all deductables and co-pays. It is the responsibility of the client to contact their insurance company and make sure they are covered for services. Clients are responsible for all payments.
